Timely Project Management

Specializing in high-production installation projects, Wagner Electric has partnered with a number of highly regarded area builders to set up our quality home systems. We install approximately 3,000 home systems a year, and through our affiliation with the Integrated Home Technologies design center have also installed optional electronic and technological upgrades on many of those homes.

On each and every project we complete, we devote a dedicated team of wiring professionals. On any given project, your Wagner team will be comprised of:

• A management team including a General Manager, Production Manager, Regional Managers, Contracts Manager and Office Manager, plus an in-house CAD Specialist
• Field staff of experienced job site supervisors and wiring technicians that have the capabilities to report directly to the jobsite each morning
• Substantial workforce resources when workload schedules require additional crews
• Effective communication with job supervisors and production personnel

Our turnkey services also encompass:

• Bidding
• CAD renderings
• Walk throughs with homebuyers as needed
• Service and Warranty Repairs

We have a multifaceted knowledge of construction that allows us to custom tailor production schedules to suit our builder customers’ needs. While our management team is savvy in creating timeframes for our builder customers, our field staff possesses the expertise to execute and maintain those timeframes. The end result? A smooth installation project that meets and often exceeds builders’ expectations.
